Information you choose to share

When you submit the project brief, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, project location, project type, project details and preferred contact method. We also record the date and version of your consent. If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.

How we use project information

We use this information to review the project, contact you, determine whether the work may fit our services and availability, prepare for follow-up and operate our lead-management process. Submitting the form does not create a contract or guarantee that we will accept a project.

Website technology and cookies

We do not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising cookies or visitor analytics on this website. Our website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Any cookies required by those providers are used for site delivery or security, not advertising.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate communications, scheduling, project delivery, accounting, website hosting, security and our protected lead-management database. We keep business communications only for as long as reasonably needed for the request, project, business records or legal obligations. We limit collection through this website and use business systems with access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
